Other Products ｜Gretsch Jim Dandy Parlor Acoustic Guitar - Deep Cherry Burst, Walnut Fingerboard

Inspired by the historic “Rex” line of guitars from the 1930s–50s, the Gretsch Jim Dandy™ Parlor Acoustic Guitar embodies the charm of old-school flat-tops with modern playability and reliable tone. Compact, stylish, and full of character, it’s the perfect pick for bluesy porch pickin’, speakeasy swingin’, or casual jam sessions.
Its petite parlor body and short 24” scale length deliver warm, throaty mids and crisp tonal clarity, while X-braced basswood construction ensures a vintage-inspired sound with lasting durability. Period-correct details like the “G” graphic pickguard, painted pinstripe purfling, and open-gear tuners add to its retro vibe. Whether you’re a beginner or seasoned player, the Jim Dandy is a ramblin’ companion built to inspire.
